Reflection: Throughout the duration of my internship, I will be fixing software and hardware issues. During this week, there was mainly virus problems that came in. Usually going through the SOP fixes virus problems and catches anything else that may come up. We have found a few bad drives as well. A bad drive is when the drive can't access the information on it, thus causing problems with start-up and programs. I work with James and Ryan the most. They are former interns. Ryan graduated AOIT in '10 and James graduated AOIT in '11.
