Reflection: PC MedEvac is a computer repair and IT (information technology) support shop. Founded by Matt in 1991, this small business has grown to support the technological needs of many local businesses. Later on, Frank and Rob joined Matt as well as his wife, Theresa. Frank, Rob, and Matt work on big jobs like data migrations, and other projects. They began using interns to run the computer repair part of the shop. Some of the interns stay after their internships and are still working there. Ryan, James, and Andrew taught me the standard operating procedure. Starting in Bart then going to safe mode. I'm learning a lot so far.
